44 Shots and Still Standing

We just came back from our 1950's ski lodge inspired pin up shoot for the 44 Degrees North website and collateral project, and boy, are we are feeling all warm and toasty. Perhaps it was just the thought of lodge, or just the thought of some 44 Degrees North vodka at the lodge, but either way, we are pretty satisfied with the end result. The All-American vibe of their product, combined with the sweet sounds of Blue Eyes and Billie in the background, made for a true-retro experience reminiscent of the early advertising age.

We teamed up with photographer Michael "Digs" Whitson and pin-up model Amy Lanz for a combination that went as well together as vodka and huckleberries... just like 44 of course.

In the end, despite the urge for the 3 martini power lunch, we were able to stay sober long enough to snap off a library of images that could have graced the pages of Life Magazine.
