eCommerce Exposed Panelist Lineup

We’re less than one week away from one of Philly Tech Week’s most exciting events! We’re not just saying that because we’re hosting and moderating the event, either. The eCommerce Exposed event brings together two separate panels packed with local experts and eCommerce veterans to discuss the business and technical realities of running a modern enterprise

What's With that Name, Anyway?

The Rule of Thirds

The Rule of Thirds. The Holy Trinity. The Heat lineup. The number three has a pretty important place in human history and the world around us. Coincidence? Like any company with a name that seems a little... out there, we often get asked by potential clients and curious onlookers about the meaning behind our name. There’s actually a pretty sweet story there.

What I Learned at TEDx

The first thing I learned at TEDx Philly is that I’m not very interesting and that our
business objectives seem pretty shallow in the grand scheme of things.

They recently underwent a re-branding, with the new name Quaker City Mercantile, because they said it better reflects their “revolutionary methodology.” So whatever about the name… it kind of sucks, but who cares, it’s not the point. The bigger flaw in their efforts came in basic common sense… or lack there of.

Bad Boys, Bad Boys...

What you gonna do? Send Michael, the crime dog, Bernardo after them, that’s what you do. After a string of thefts in our office, a computer and 2 bikes to be exact, the greedy assailant came back for more. Although this time we had a red jeans sportin’ vigilante in his way. At approximately 3:48 Eastern time on January 21st, an incredibly shady individual entered our offices. After realizing his timing was off, he retreated back to the city streets. As we scurried to the door to identify him, we knew this was the same guy who previously snatched our wheels...
