O3 Gets Schooled on The Art of Food

Last week our client, Di Bruno Bros, had an unorthodox but delicious event called “Taste the Art of Food.” Yards Brewery and our clients, Pravda Vodka and Palateur Imports, provided the wine, beer and spirits, and Di Bruno Bros served up their trademark meat and cheese samplers during the event’s cocktail hour. An impressive ice sculpture served as the bar, and other than almost causing a couple of spills from the dripping ice, it was an impactful piece of art.

But all of this just led up to purpose of the event, which was a fashion show of food. Not the Lady Gaga meat dress kind of food fashion though, but instead focusing on Di Bruno’s own cheesemongers showing off some impressive and tasty food combinations as they strut their way down the runway.

While the actual fashion show only lasted about 15 minutes, the good times were just beginning for the attendees. All of food which was featured in the show was put out for the audience to enjoy afterward. Besides the meat and cheeses, which are always on point, we indulged with some meatball sliders, filet crustinis (right, Hilary?), and some incredibly fresh and delicious sushi.

This is the first event of its kind for Di Bruno Bros, but will become an annual event going forward... and we’ll be happy to be on the guest list next time as well.

Anybody else get a chance to attend the event or try Di Bruno Bros food before? While we already know what you’re thinking, feel free to join in with a comment... and don’t forget to check out the video below! And if you’re not available to make it to a House of Cheese event, check out their new E-commerce site. Fresh Mozzarella on sale now!
