O3 World is hired by Caron Treatment Centers

We were recently brought on by Caron Treatment Centers to handle the Web strategy, Web design and Development for their flagship property, their additional locations, and additional programs they offer. Caron is a non-profit organization based in Wernersville, PA that has been in existence for more than 50 years. They have more clinical programs to meet the specific needs of each patient regardless of their age, gender, or severity of their addiction than any other treatment center in the United States.

While we have worked with Caron for many years handling technical development for their organization, this is our first opportunity to handle all of their strategy, design, and front end development. Considering the unique nature of their services and client base, we’re engaging in a much more thorough discovery process than would be necessary for most clients. The discovery process includes several interviews with call center representatives, marketing officers, business development representatives, and most importantly, alumni of Caron that have been treated at their facilities. Considering the sensitive and often critical nature of someone visiting the website, we have to ensure the user experience is sound and the user path is effective. Our discovery, which also included a detailed site audit, analytics review and competitor comparison, resulted in a comprehensive 20 page creative brief document outlining our findings and establishing our goals and recommendations.

We will be working with SEER Interactive on the project, who will be handling all of the SEO and SEM management for the sites. Stay tuned for project updates and behind the scene commentary as the development process unfolds.
