O3 World Launches 20in24

We crossed the 20in24 finish line! 20in24 is the race that our non-profit partner Back on My Feet hosts to raise awareness and money for their cause. In addition to providing a more traditional relay format, they also have a midnight madness run, a pajama loop run, and the lone ranger ultra marathon, which has become known as one of the most popular in the country. We are proud to not only be a sponsor of the event, but also active participants, as Gadsby and Scandone of O3 World will be once again competing in the race, and competing in their pre race competition SeeO3Run.

Since we developed the Back on My Feet website as well, we wanted to create a design that shared a lot of the same elements to showcase the connection between the two. We also wanted to create some more attention to the sponsors and more attention to certain call outs on the site. The site comes equipped with a custom content management system that we developed for them, and will soon include a message board component that will allow runners to interact with one another prior to the race.

Back on My Feet is an organization that promotes the self-sufficiency of the homeless population by engaging them in running as a means to build confidence, strength and self-esteem. They already have a presence in Philadelphia, Baltimore and DC, with more cities planned for 2010. This will be the third annual 20in24 race.
