We’re currently seeking an experienced Analytics Strategist to join our growing team. In this brand new position at O3, you’ll be responsible for educating our clients by applying statistics and data modeling to gain actionable insights that improve their customers' experiences.

What you’ll do:
Lead analytics strategy for multiple projects and clients at a time, including measurement plan development, tracking implementation, delivery of reporting, dashboards and analytical insights.
Evaluate the current analytics setup of our clients in order to identify issues, determine effectiveness, and recommend solutions that support strategic goals. Integrate playback in quarterly business reviews.
Track key performance metrics across the customer journey; generating dashboards and reports of insights and analysis, findings and recommendations.
Collaborate on business development activities across a variety of clients and industries.
Help drive the success and adoption of Analytics & Insights as a core O3 service.
Educate internal teams as well as client teams on the future of data and analytics.
Stay up to date with new and emerging analytics platforms and tools.
What you need to be successful:
5+ years managing and reporting on data analytics
Experience leading strategy and research processes for analytics projects
Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (or comparable analytics toolset), Google Data Studio, Tableau (or other data dashboarding tools)
Experience working with multiple internal teams as well as multiple clients
