We’re looking for a Business Analyst to work with our clients + stakeholders to translate digital product or business requirements into functional requirements for the development team.
While you'll support both long-standing engagements and new engagements in this role, you'll be vital to our clients by helping them establish their business goals early on in the pre-development stage of digital products and enterprise websites. You’ll take those business requirements and translate them into detailed documentation for our Engineering and Experience Design teams to work from. Your functional requirements and user stories will serve as the “source of truth” for the project, so exceptional writing skills and a keen eye for detail are a must.
This is a remote opportunity. We’re looking for US-Based individuals and are not able to provide visa sponsorships at this time.

What you’ll do:
- Work closely with our clients and internal teams to define business goals and the requirements for new projects.
- Collaborate with Experience Design and Engineering teams to translate deliverables into testable functional requirements.
- Analyze and document functional requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with QA on developing actionable test plans.
- Create mock-ups, diagrams, as needed to facilitate a better understanding of requirements.
- Responsible for the management and traceability of project requirements.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain documentation and requirements through change management processes.
What you need to be successful:
- 3 - 6 years experience documenting requirements for enterprise-level projects in a technology-driven environment
- Agile/Scrum experience, including daily Scrums, Sprint planning, demo/retro meetings, etc.
- Technical knowledge of Content Management Systems, HTML/CSS, APIs, and UX best practices
- Expertise using project management software; Jira and Confluence experience a plus
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
