We are looking to add a talented leader with experience providing strategic guidance to work alongside our existing leadership team and Engineering staff. What you will do
Be the primary strategist and architect to define digital experience platform (DXP) based and MarTech solutions that include digital marketing, product development, analytics and marketing intelligence, customer data platforms, marketing automation, journey orchestration, personalization and related technologies.
Develop new solutions, frameworks, approaches and techniques in addition to building on existing ones.
Stay current on evolving platforms and capabilities in the DXP ecosystem.
Lead a team of architects and developers who are proficient in various web and MarTech technology stacks.
Collaborate with relevant internal practices to assemble subject matter expertise needed to solve client challenges.
Develop, evolve and own O3’s MarTech reference architecture, capabilities catalog and platform selection tool.
Design and present innovative and cost-effective solutions to the customer by utilizing the current marketing technology landscape and industry best-practices.
Participate in pre-sales activities and client discussions.
Lead pursuit team and provide architectural direction on sales opportunities relative to MarTech.
Define the strategy, roadmap and implementation of omni channel digital marketing technologies, platforms and data, working closely with client stakeholders in marketing and IT.
Responsible for building client capabilities to enable digital marketing across web, mobile, email, DMP, analytics, reporting, personalization, decisioning, testing, display, search and social ad platforms.
Define and develop technical strategies and solutions across marketing, sales and service – bridging the gap between the business and technology to build engaging and highly personalized experiences.
Act as the architect on Marketing Technology strategy, planning, implementation and adoption.
Evangelize O3’s Marketing Technology platforms & capabilities with prospects, clients, partners and analysts.
Create Go-to-Market deliverables and strategies for our capabilities and offerings.
Contribute to thought leadership, writing, blogging and speaking around the MarTech space.
To be successful in this role, we need you to have:
12+ years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud based digital marketing and customer experience architectures.
At least 7+ years of web application development experience, executing the entire SDLC from concept to production.
Expert level hands on experience in architecture and development of highly complex, enterprise class, cloud based digital marketing and product solutions on platforms like Acquia, Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe, Kentico etc.
Expert level experience architecting and building e-commerce solutions.
Conversant in a wide range of technologies, from software stacks to enterprise systems like CRM, CMS, iPaaS, ESB, data warehousing, etc.
Hands on experience in architecture and configuration of marketing, advertising, and data platforms such as Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Sales Enablement (Salesforce, Pega, Seismic) and Experience Platforms (Optimizely, Sitecore, Acquia, Adobe).
Conversant in additional technical domains such as mobile, IoT, AI, data science, AR/VR or graphics/animation.
Proven track record of delivering scalable, resource intensive, integrated and operational analytical solutions.
Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical and data components such as Customer Data Platform, Data Management Platform.
Deep knowledge of industry offerings around digital marketing technology.
Confidence in being the voice of authority – not afraid to do what is best for the team.
Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with people from varying functional areas and levels of responsibility ranging from analysts to C-suite.
Prior consulting/IT Services/Agency experience is required.
