We’re looking for a QA Tester to join our Engineering team. Your role will be to ensure and ultimately improve the quality of O3’s web applications and website builds. A successful candidate has a great eye for detail, is highly organized, and is a creative problem solver. You’ll work closely with our Experience Design and Engineering teams to deliver top-quality products that delight our customers.

What you’ll do:
Create QA test plans based on functional requirements in JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence
Help O3 improve our QA practice by researching and implementing new processes and testing frameworks.
Attend scrum ceremonies and project planning meetings.
What you need to be successful:
At least 3 years of experience testing and/or creating websites and applications
Working knowledge of web applications, databases, and APIs
Experience leading QA efforts with minimal guidance
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks
