We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the success of our enterprise client engagements, grow relationships with current accounts, and assist in bringing new clients on board. You’ll oversee enterprise engagements that contain smaller projects that each have their own unique deliverables, being accountable for strategy, schedules, project deliverables, budget and resource management for our internal teams. This is a “player/coach” role where you’ll combine your ability to lead a handful of enterprise projects and clients while also managing a small team of Project Managers.

What you'll do:
Lead all client program phases including discovery, strategy, UX/UI design, development and delivery
Oversee a small team of Project Managers while also managing/leading your own client projects
Cultivate and grow relationships/revenue with senior level executives within our client organizations to expand our engagement within the account
Manage all program finances by tracking hours and cost against budget on a weekly basis, project future expenditures and revenue, and manage project scope changes against budget
Create statements of work (SOW) for new client engagements; create weekly status reports, client-friendly schedules, milestone plans, and deliverable progress reports
Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, including creation of user stories, facilitation of functional requirements documentation, etc
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while adhering to the standard project processes of the company
Be the point person and escalation point for client communications related to projects

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
8+ yearsof experience managing enterprise-level projects in a digital agency or technology-driven environment and at least 1-2 years of experience managing a team
Proven experience managing budgets of $1M+ for enterprise clients
Client-facing experience in a Project/Product Management role, managing websites, digital products or mobile applications
Experience with tools like Harvest, Basecamp, JIRA and Confluence
Technical know-how, and/or experience with HTML/CSS, API integrations, CRM implementations, etc
Bonus points if you have:
Product Management experience
Experience with SEO, SEM, and/or social media
Experience as a Strategic Account Manager
Experience writing and assisting with proposals and new business development
Experience and interest in presenting work and speaking in the tech community
Scrum certification (CSM)
