We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our executive team through general care and management of our office in Fishtown. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties.
This is a hybrid opportunity for our office in Philadelphia, PA. We’re not able to provide visa sponsorships at this time.

What you’ll do:
Plan and support office events
Manage general staff announcements
Be responsible for administrative paperwork
Perform data entry into various office tools
Manage, order and ship office equipment
Coordinate interview schedules between interview and recruiting teams
Handle the office phone line
Coordinate building maintenance
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Become the office ‘guru,’ an invaluable resource at O3!
What you need to be successful:
At least 5 years of office administration experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with data entry
Experience working with routinely shifting demands
Experience with Google Calendars and scheduling
