We’re looking for an experienced outbound Business Development Manager to expand our client base and revenue. In this position, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for O3 by collaborating with marketing to target new companies, and handling all communication, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities that you bring in. You'll also facilitate estimation meetings and write statements of work.
This is a remote opportunity. We’re looking for US-Based individuals and are not able to provide visa sponsorships at this time.

What you’ll do:
Generate leads, identify decision-makers, schedule prospect meetings, and identify revenue-generating accounts and business potential.
Manage pipeline and processes via HubSpot CRM for all outbound sales.
Identify, cultivate meaningful relationships and close new business opportunities.
Promote and sell our CX solutions to new enterprise customers at senior and executive levels.
Generate new business through outbound business development techniques while partnering with the in-house marketing team to target specific accounts.
Create, collaborate and present proposals to prospective clients.
Communicate pricing, write SOWs, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Directly manage and/or transition sold business to Client Services team to maintain and develop, while continuing to develop additional opportunities.
Maintain relationships with new clients. Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify opportunities within sold accounts and remain a point of contact for those clients.
What you need to be successful:
At least 5 years of sales and business development experience
Experience selling digital services; bonus points if you also have experience as a practitioner of digital strategy, design, or development services
Proven success selling engagements with budgets of $500K or more
Experience managing pipeline and client opportunities in a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Experience writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients
Experience partnering with marketing teams to generate leads and target customers
