UX Designer

O3 World is seeking a UX designer to drive the user experience and design of innovative projects, and someone who has the desire and motivation to evolve and improve processes to solve complex design problems. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with clients, other UX strategists, designers, developers, and project managers to deliver extraordinary products and applications to our clients.

  • Collect business requirements & user insights and synthesize the findings into sound strategy and solutions for clients
  • Lead the functional requirements process by working with clients, other designers and developers to define all aspects of the experiences your team is building
  • Conduct ongoing user research and usability testing for features of digital products, applications and websites
  • Create user flows, sitemaps, content hierarchies, and detailed wireframes
  • Collaborate and interact with team members, clients, third-party vendors and end-users to make sure all perspectives are accounted for in your work
  • Travel to King of Prussia two days per week to work on-site at one of our clients
  • A designer with formal training and/or experience (~3-4 years) working in a user experience role (bonus points if you’ve worked in product, double bonus for agency experience)
  • Someone who embraces big picture thinking and also enjoys the finer details of the day-to-day activities; highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Motivated to solve complex problems through collaboration and teamwork
  • A superb communicator, both verbally and in writing with project teams and clients
  • Experience with the implementation of UX solutions and bridging the gap between UX design and development
  • Experience with Sketch and other wireframing/design tools
  • Understanding of user-centered design thinking and its usage to identify project goals
  • Comfortability creating airtight functional requirements
  • Strong visual organizational skills and ability to apply these to presentations and client work
  • Knowledge and respect for long-term project goals and business objectives while being mindful of budgets, timelines, deadlines, and external constraints
  • Ability to travel to King of Prussia twice a week for on-site client work
  • Experience and/or interest in facilitating and improving upon content strategy
  • Familiarity with lean UX methodology and experience conducting user research
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or other platforms is a plus
  • Digital agency and product experience preferred
