Background

With over 150 locations in the US and Canada, College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving® (CHHJ) is a leader in the moving, hauling and junk removal industry. CHHJ needed an improved digital customer experience that extended their newly designed brand and matched their courteous and friendly service for customers and franchisees. They wanted to increase engagement by clearly communicating value and streamlining access to process, pricing and the logistics of service delivery. To enable this, CHHJ required a design and technical solution that offered scalability, speed and growth potential.

What We Did

An experience built for performance, without all the junk

CHHJ’s digital experience is localized for its markets across the US and Canada. Initially, this resulted in a bloated information architecture and challenging customer experience. We started our work by evaluating the end-to-end journey and reimagined CHHJ’s content hierarchies, interface and navigation. We created a more cohesive experience by reducing design inconsistencies and eliminating hundreds of pages in order to shorten the path to conversion. Aesthetically, we translated their new brand into a digital solution the speaks to the friendly, reliable service that CHHJ’s customers count on. A user interface system, CMS and technical solution were created to empower scalability and performance. As we assess new opportunities and optimize the customer journey, we look to continuously deliver for CHHJ.
