The Problem

Our partner eseo (“every sport for every one.”) is a mobile app source for sports. They put runners, cyclists, and athletes first by providing an on-demand solution for pick-up basketball, soccer, running, and cycling meetups. A new venture with a strong base of running enthusiasts, eseo was gearing up for its phase two app launch. As they approached their post-beta phase, they sought a partner who could provide strategy and, more specifically, user experience guidance. Their goal was to gather UX best practice feedback to incorporate into their next development cycle.

The Solution

When they needed help leveling up their mobile app, eseo turned to O3. With speed to market in mind, we set off on a highly collaborative UX audit and roadmap recommendation engagement. After mapping out the current customer journey in a CX workshop, we dug deep into the data and the mobile app experience. Our expert UX strategists went through all core user flows and screens to map out UX recommendations. The output resulted in short, mid, and long-term plans for enhancements. By prioritizing based on value and effort, we were able to provide eseo with an executable game plan that fit within their upcoming development cycles.
